General Sales Conditions

Article 1
This contract is for the exclusive use of the booking stays in guest rooms and / or cottage / house. The best reception is reserved for our guests. We are committed to personally ensure the reception of guests with all the desirable attentions to facilitate their stay and explore the region.

Article 2 – Stay
The signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy.

Article 3 – Contract Conclusion
The reservation becomes effective when the client has sent the owner a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of one night per room and a copy of the contract signed before the date specified in the contract booking. The second copy of the contract is to be kept by the customer. Prices are all inclusive without tax. Guests do not have the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-2 ~ 4 of the Code of consumption.

Article 4 – Cancellation by the customer
All cancellations must be notified in writing. a) Cancellation before arrival: if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the stay, the deposit remains with the owner. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the stay, the deposit remains with the owner reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation, b) if the client does not manifest 19 hours before the scheduled day of arrival, this contract becomes void and the landlord may dispose of its guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation. c) In case of shortened stay, the price reflects the cost of accommodation is fully vested to the owner.

Article 5 – Cancellation by the owner
When before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer. This will be refunded the amount paid immediately.

Article 6 – Arrival and Departure
The client must arrive on the day specified from 17h. If arriving after 19h, the customer must notify the owner of his late arrival. No arrivals will be accepted after 21h, except by prior agreement of the owner.
The restitution of the room by the customer must be made no later than 11am. Any subsequent return to this schedule may result in the payment of an additional night, not including the damage caused by the occupants who succeeded him.

Article 7 – Payment of balance
The balance is due to | arrival at the owner. Consumption and additional benefits not mentioned in this contract are to be paid in order to stay the owner.

Article 8 – City tax
The city tax is a local tax that the customer must pay the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.

Article 9 – Use of premises
For hygienic reasons, the customer can not take meals in his room. The client must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use complies to their destination, including respect for a certain lifestyle. It undertakes to make the rooms in good condition, and report any damage or degradation under its responsibility and ensure the fi nancial support. The home is non-smoking in all rooms.

Article 10 – Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal may in no circumstances be considered a modification or termination of the contract with the owner of the initiative, so that in case of departure of a number of customers higher than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Article 11 – Animals

  • bed and breakfast
    The client can not stay in the company of a pet. In case of non compliance with this clause by the customer, the owner can refuse the animals. If this results in the client’s departure, no refund can be considered.
  • Cottage / Gite
    The customer prior request and after acceptance by the owner can stay in the company of a pet.
